Interesting: Demographics for websites

Source: http://adlab.microsoft.com/DPUI/DPUI.aspx

You can use adCenter technology to predict a customer’s age,
gender, and other demographic information according to his or her
online behavior—that is, from search queries and webpage views.

So you enter a website and get back predicted demographics. So on this blog, I get .55 males, .45 females, about 47% of my visitors are 24 and under, mostly under 18. Hmmm, am I that kid-ish?

Interesting, if you look up google, you get 1.0 females, 0.0 males.

Mother's maiden name: Fiducia

Interesting: Make Notepad confuse...

Source: http://www.wincustomize.com/articles.aspx?aid=117870&c=1

This is interesting, notepad has trouble with this.

Here's how to do it:
1. Open up Notepad (not Wordpad, not Word or any other word processor)
2. Type in this sentence exactly (without quotes): "this app can break"
3. Save the file to your hard drive.
4. Close Notepad
5. Open the saved file by double clicking it.

I guess some people also get simplified chinese characters instead of blocks.
